Data Analysis

TechVidya is a leading provider of advanced academic programs and professional training in the field of technology and data analytics. One of its flagship programs is the PhD in Data Analytics in India, which is designed to prepare students for successful careers as researchers and data scientists in a rapidly evolving field.

The PhD in Data Analytics program offered by TechVidya is a comprehensive, interdisciplinary program that covers a wide range of topics in data analytics, including data management, statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and predictive modeling. The program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct independent research in data analytics and to contribute to the development of innovative solutions to real-world problems.

Students in the program work closely with experienced faculty members and other researchers, collaborating on research projects and presenting their work at conferences and symposia. They also have access to state-of-the-art research facilities and cutting-edge technology, including advanced software and hardware tools for data analysis and visualization.

Graduates of the program are well-prepared to pursue careers in academia, research institutions, government agencies, and the private sector. They are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct original research in data analytics and to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex data-related problems.

TechVidya is committed to providing its students with the highest quality education and training in data analytics, and the PhD in Data Analytics program is no exception. The program is designed to meet the needs of students from diverse backgrounds and to prepare them for successful careers in the exciting and rapidly growing field of data analytics.

R Software

R is a programming language designed specifically for statistical computing and graphics. This powerful language can be used to build data analysis and visualization tools quickly and easily, but it’s not easy to learn on your own. R Software makes it easy to use and share the analysis you’ve already done.

Technical analysts with programming skills will find all the tools and libraries they need in R. Everyone will appreciate the seamless connection to their favorite statistical and graphical packages, such as Stata, Matlab, SAS, SPSS, BUGS/JAGS, Python, and more.

SPSS

Data analysis is a complex task that involves looking at large datasets and compiling the information in an easy-to-understand way. It can be difficult to find the right tool to do this, but SPSS is a well-recognized data analysis program that offers the ability to work with different datasets efficiently.

SPSS has particularly powerful charting functionality, allowing users to interact with charts and graphs, providing a valuable and engaging analytical interface.

SEM

Structural equation modeling (SEM) is a statistical technique used in data analytics to understand how latent variables interact to produce certain outcomes. SEM also minimizes the effect of random error and alternative explanations for causality.

STATA

Stata is a powerful, general-purpose statistical software package that is well suited for large datasets and detailed analysis. Stata provides both point-and-click and coding options to work with data. The Stata programming language is known for its ease of use, detail analyses, and large datasets.

SMART PLS

SmartPLS combines advanced technology and user-friendliness. The software enables researchers to analyze data and estimate a model using the partial least squares path modeling method. Besides that, it will also compute standard results assessment criteria, enabling researchers to make decisions.

THEMATIC

A thematic analysis is a process used in qualitative research to make sense of rich data using codes to identify relevant themes. The coding process is dependent on three main factors:

  • 1. Data
  • 2. Context and constraints of the data-analysis phase
  • 3. The researcher’s personal style of work
  • NVIVO

NVivo is a CAQDAS that can be used to analyze qualitative and mixed methods projects. It can be used to analyze interview transcripts, open-ended survey responses, spreadsheets, PDFs, images files, web content, audio, and video. Additional features include the ability to play media files and capture information from social media websites like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

    AMOS

AMOS is a powerful structural equation modeling software designed to reveal more accurate relationships than standard multivariate methods can detect. It can be used with either the default graphical user interface or with a programmatic one, and it is included in the Premium edition of SPSS Statistics (except in Campus Edition, where it is sold separately). You can also buy Amos as part of the Base, Standard and Professional editions of SPSS Statistics, or separately as a stand-alone application (For Windows only.)
